The house is a Craftsman bungalow built in 1930 by Dr. H.J. Clark, a member of the Excelsior Springs Medical Society. Dr. Clark, his wife, and their 2 children were the original residents. We're still researching the history. | ![]() |

The house has fallen into disrepair and is currently in foreclosure. The roof will need to be replaced and some interior plaster needs to be repaired. The kitchen and bathrooms will need to be remodeled. There is also some concern about the electrical and plumbing. | ![]() |

| Check out our heating system! The boiler looks like something from a scary movie. It will have to be updated if it doesn't pass inspection. | ![]() |
This house may have a lot of issues, but it also has a lot of good points. The whole house is solid! The foundation is stone and brick, the walls are all square, and the floors don't creak. | ![]() |

The woodwork is amazing and almost fully intact. The hardwood floors have surprisingly little damage and will be beyond beautiful when they're cleaned up. I'm in love with all the windows! The views are great. Every house on the street has historical significance and the owners take pride in their homes and lawns. | |||||||||||||||
